Today TVA is led by Emmaly Vielhauer. After graduating from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and completing her MBA at St. Mary’s College, Emmaly left her career in pharmaceutical sales with Pfizer to join tva. Emmaly was an early member of the tva team, beginning her tenure leading sourcing and systems. She established, designed and managed tva's proprietary database and research methodology. Emmaly has led the firm for the past decade, partnering closely with clients to find the best talent. In addition to her role at tva search, Emmaly is involved as an Executive in Residence at Cal Poly and is active in the community.
